主料:艾草、花生、糯米粉、白糖
辅助:柚子叶
步骤:
1.首先把花生炒香,去衣捣碎和芝麻放点白糖搅拌均匀备用;
2.将新鲜的嫩艾草洗净,放入沸水中多烫几遍(去除苦味);
3.把烫烂的艾草趁热和糯米粉和成面团,
然后分成小团团把馅包好
放柚子叶上;
4.上锅蒸熟20分钟即可出锅。
