蛋豆腐1盒
鸡蛋1颗
木薯粉45g
日式酱油30ml
葱花适量
做法:
Step 1.备料
Step 2.将蛋豆腐切块
Step 3.将蛋豆腐全面沾上蛋液
Step 4.将沾完蛋液的蛋豆腐全面裹上木薯粉
Step 5.起一油锅,将蛋豆腐放入将两面煎至金黄微焦即可起锅
Step 6.装盘淋上日式酱油并撒上些许葱花,完工!小贴士:若加上白萝卜泥会更美味唷!
